A New Kind Of Law Firm.
In our complex world, we all face changes that can create a crisis or an opportunity. In either case, good legal advice is critical. That’s where we can help.
We understand you may believe attorneys are too costly and so risk not getting legal advice. At Integra Law Group, we provide professional legal services at a lower fee and in a more convenient manner. By utilizing technology, document preparation software, knowledgeable support staff, and a virtual office environment, we are able to provide legal services very efficiently. And we prefer to work on a flat fee basis, rather than charging by the hour, so you know the cost before you begin.
We may use technology, but we value people and will take the time to understand your concerns. You can trust us to provide the expert help you need.
Protecting What's Important To You
For people starting or buying a business, we can help with forming a corporation or limited liability company. We can even help you find a business to buy, prepare the purchase agreement and handle everything necessary to successfully close the acquisition.
We also know that managing a business can be lonely as you face a multitude of decisions, many presenting financial as well as legal issues. That’s why we have a Legal VP Service – for a low monthly retainer you have the benefit of unlimited advice whenever you need it.
If you own a business and are thinking about an exit strategy, we have the expertise to help you determine its fair market value, find a buyer, and handle everything necessary to put the deal together, including preparing the purchase and sale agreement.
Business deals don't just happen; in fact, many fall apart. And you need more than a business broker to safely navigate the business, financial, tax and legal challenges that inevitably come up. We know how to successfully put small business deals together.
We can also prepare wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, everything you need to protect your estate and family in the event of your disability or death. In the event of the death of a family member, we can also handle the probate of the estate.
Helping people with financial problems is also an area of our practice, from negotiating home mortgage modifications to analyzing whether bankruptcy might be the best choice. If you are facing overwhelming debt and it becomes necessary, we will help you plan for and file bankruptcy to obtain a new financial beginning.
So please contact us. There is no charge for an initial consultation to explore how we can help. We think our advice will prove invaluable.
